By accessing or using Withfund, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Campaign Creation

As a campaigner, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided in your campaign. You must not use the platform for fraudulent purposes or to raise funds for illegal activities. Withfund reserves the right to suspend or remove any campaign that violates our community guidelines.

3. Donations & Payments

Donations made through Withfund are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., Chapa). Withfund does not guarantee that a campaign will reach its goal. Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specified otherwise by the campaigner.

4. Withdrawals

Campaigners can request withdrawals once their campaign reaches its goal or is manually ended. To ensure security, there is a 24-hour verification period after a campaign is successfully completed before a withdrawal can be requested. Once requested, funds are transferred to the registered mobile wallet or bank account within 24 hours.

5. Fees

Withfund charges a platform fee on the total funds raised. This fee is used to maintain the platform and provide support services. Specific fee percentages are displayed during the campaign creation process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Withfund or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Withfund shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services on the platform. We do not guarantee the success of any fundraising campaign.
